Graber, the company’s Founder, as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of its Board of Directors, alongside CEO Sebastian Lux, effective immediately.

Mr. Graber has held senior positions at New Century Capital Partners, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Graber holds an MBA from Columbia University and London Business School in the UK.
